Neslie Cook, a native Texan, is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience. She has been with Thrower design since 2005.

Neslie’s decades of experience include building relationships and working diligently with City of Austin staff to bring projects to approval.

Having designed hundreds of sites for various projects using AutoCAD, she is extremely knowledgeable about land development rules and regulations.
